\n DISCOVER CHAPARR\u00cd <\/h2>\n

Apu, the spirit of the mountains, has been sacred in Peru since ancient times. The Chaparr\u00ed hill is revered as a natural sanctuary where Apu is in all things. \nThe Chaparr\u00ed Ecological Reserve is home to the densest population of Andean bears in the world, and it is home to the endangered Pava Aliblanca. \n\nMore than 290 registered bird species make the reserve an incredible attraction for bird watchers from around the world.
